AppFollow is an App review management and App Store Optimization (ASO) platform.

Our primary goal is to simplify the everyday routines of app developers, product managers, marketing teams, customer support, etc. AppFollow helps you gather and manage your apps and games data, increase app average rating, improve app store rankings, and app user loyalty.

Headquartered in Helsinki, Finland with employees around the world AppFollow has been built as a Remote workplace from the ground up and provides everything new team members need to work happily and productively from anywhere. 

As an HR Business Partner you will be driving and delivering key HR initiatives to insure people engagement, talent development, succession planning, employer brand awareness, etc. for Customer focused teams at AppFollow.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive and implement HR strategy for Customer-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Support) in alignment with business needs and challenges

  • Identify HR priorities from business goals, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives

  • Be a trusted advisor to business leaders in people related initiatives and matters, 

  • Help business build and develop people management skills within leadership team

  • Help Company promote corporate culture and values on all Company levels 

  • Drive people related activities in Customer-facing teams in the areas of employee engagement, talent development and career planning, retaining top talent, performance management, fair compensation and reward, recognition programs, etc.

  • Help Company build employer brand awareness and developing transparent internal communications

  • Providing advisory and guidance to employees to ensure the high level of employee engagement 

  • Analyse and report HR metrics to support with benchmarking and the development of HR strategies and solutions

  • Participate in developing HR tools in order to get transparent employee data 

  • Participate in developing  internal HR knowledge base to ensure HR team onboarding, growth and development

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR business partnership in fast growing tech companies with international teams

  • Strong ownership skills, transparency in communication, growth mindset, focus for continuous development and innovation

  • Fluent English

  • Comfortable using technology, including HRM Software, ATS, G-suite, etc.
