HR Operations Manager

AppFollow is an App review management and App Store Optimization (ASO) platform.

Our primary goal is to simplify the everyday routines of app developers, product managers, marketing teams, customer support, etc. AppFollow helps you gather and manage your apps and games data, increase app average rating, improve app store rankings, and app user loyalty.


Headquartered in Helsinki, Finland with employees around the world AppFollow has been built as a Remote workplace from the ground up and provides everything new team members need to work happily and productively from anywhere.


As an HR Operations Manager you will be owning remote employment processes for different locations (including Europe, US), maintaining and developing employee benefits packages, supporting employee recognition activities, processing HR documentation, and helping to develop and distribute HR policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:

To drive and develop HR initiatives in the mentioned areas of responsibility:

  • Own remote employment process for employees from different locations, including tracking employee experience, signing contracts, issuing benefits and communicating with providers

  • Keep track of all bonuses, benefits and reimbursements employees receive

  • HR team expenses: payments for different tools we use, coworking payments, etc.

  • Ensure that all personnel changes are tracked and recorded according to the local labor requirements, keep salary changes up to date in our HRIS

  • Participate in the arrangement of various HR activities (events, communications, etc.)

  • Process documents, support preparation of new contracts and extensions for remote employees

  • Arrange purchase and shipment of merchandise for different events (hackathons, team buildings, welcome packs, etc.)

  • Participate in creating an internal HR knowledge base which will describe all our processes

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or HR projects, including remote employment and benefits support

  • Strong organisational skills

  • You know how to communicate clearly and keep all stakeholders updated

  • Fluent Russian & English

  • Comfortable using technology, including HRM Software, ATS, G-suite, etc
