AppFollow is an App review management and App Store Optimization (ASO) platform.
Our primary goal is to simplify the everyday routines of app developers, product managers, marketing teams, customer support, etc. AppFollow helps you gather and manage your apps and games data, increase app average rating, improve app store rankings, and app user loyalty.

Headquartered in Helsinki, Finland with employees around the world AppFollow has been built as a Remote workplace from the ground up and provides everything new team members need to work happily and productively from anywhere.

AppFollow is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding Global team. We are seeking driven individuals with high energy, sound business acumen and a natural sales instinct to join our team and uplevel their enterprise software sales skills.

About The Role:

Sales Development is a strategic component of our go-to-market strategy. You will look to capture the attention of commercial & enterprise level companies to proactively build out our customer base. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to build a successful career in software sales with fast promotion opportunities for top performers.

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing prospects and customers respectively. With a mix of strong process and creativity, you will help drive new business revenue through both inbound and outbound opportunity generation. 

You will engage effectively through various traditional channels such as email and phone while at the same time leveraging the latest prospecting methods like social, video prospecting and direct mail to generate meaningful conversations with product experts and senior business executives in prospect accounts to fuel our company’s growth.

Your day will be filled with:


  • Engaging in high level conversations with Product Managers and Growth Marketers at companies you know and love about their strategies, challenges and key initiatives. 

  • Partnering with our Sales and Marketing teams to build creative outreach programs that build qualified pipeline within your territory.

  • Researching and building out accounts via adding contacts, outbound calling efforts and sending strategic email and social campaigns.

  • Be the first line of contact for new AppFollow customers and an ambassador for our culture and values.

  • A passion for mobile apps and digital products, you love trying and adopting new tech.

  • Curiosity is in your DNA you ask lots of questions and are always learning.

  • Experience in a Sales related environment.

  • A “Can Do” / “Winner” attitude, with a hunger and 'self-starter' commitment to overachieve and succeed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
