AppFollow is an App review management and ASO platform.
Our main goal is to ease the everyday routines of app developers, product managers, marketing teams, customer support, etc. AppFollow helps you gather and manage your apps and games data, increase app average rating, improve app store rankings, and app user loyalty.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will generally have a specific challenge – increasing the customer base, optimizing conversion rate from visitors to leads, encouraging free users to the trial period, increasing the retention of free users, developing the admin panel for account managing and leads’ settings, etc.
In order to achieve this goal, you will conduct research and run experiments to see what activities will have the greatest impact on the website, the web dashboard, and Slack/Zendesk/other apps by AppFollow. Your view will be of the entire customer journey from marketing and acquisition to loyalty and expansion, and will not be limited to when the customer is engaged with the product.
Your primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Building a product team of highly professional engineers: front-end & back-end developers, QA engineer;
Managing the product team, including coaching, planning, monitoring, and job appraisal;
Knowing customer needs through research and market data to define and develop our corporate site;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to release product outcomes: Marketing, Product, Analytics, Engineering;
Growth hacking, product development based on the data;
Working on the optimization of the funnel from registration to purchase;
Running experiments on signup flow, starting trial period of key plans, etc;
Develop customer retention initiatives and upselling strategies to deepen relationships with customers and increase ACV (annual contract value);
Tweaking onboarding experiences to help customers gain greater value from the product faster;
Taking part in company activities including team meetings, participating in events & conferences (if needed) to meet and interact with the company's customers, etc. All working travel costs will be properly compensated by the company.

Strong experience building B2B SaaS, mobile apps, and/or mobile games;
People management experience;
4-5 years of experience in Product Management;
Proven ability to deliver products to market;
Strong business and analytical sense;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Development and/or analytics background is a plus;
To be familiar with App Store Connect, Google Play Console, App Annie, Appfigures & AppFollow would be a plus.
