Talent Acquisition Manager

AppFollow is an App Management Platform. Our main goal is to ease the everyday routines of app developers, product managers, marketing teams, customer support etc. AppFollow is a platform we bring to our users all around the globe so they can become more productive and grow their app’s businesses using our products.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You’ll be in charge of planning, developing and supporting a hiring strategy at AppFollow.


  • Partner with hiring managers to investigate and determine hiring needs
  • Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans 
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
  • Design, plan and execute selection processes 
  • Make improvements to the candidate experience
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
  • Plan and execute employee referral programs
  • Use and develop Recruitment tools and resources 
  • Ensure a good introduction, onboarding of employees to maximize the employee experience
  • Create and present KPI reports

        Job requirements

        • 2+ years of experience in recruiting preferably in IT/technology companies
          • Experience in running employer brand programs preferred
          • Experience working with Global Talent strongly preferred
          • You know where to look for relevant candidates for specific jobs
          • You know how to communicate clearly and keep all stakeholders updated
          • Fluent Russian & English
          • Comfortable using technology, including HRM Software, ATS, G-suite, etc
